These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DaugDev Studio LLC website (the "Site") and its request form. By accessing the Site or submitting the request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the request form.

The Site provides information about DaugDev Studio LLC’s web design, development, automation, and related digital services, and allows visitors to submit inquiries through a request form. Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation, it is not itself an order, contract, or guarantee of services. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate agreement entered into directly between you and DaugDev Studio LLC.

When using the Site or the request form, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems

Submitting the request form does not guarantee that we will respond, accept your inquiry, or agree to provide any service. We evaluate inquiries at our discretion and may decline to respond to or engage with any inquiry for any lawful reason.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DaugDev Studio LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability is not excludable under applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DaugDev Studio LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the DaugDev Studio name and branding, and the design and code of the Site itself, is owned by DaugDev Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site normally in a web browser.

We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue any inquiry, conversation, or potential engagement with any person, at our sole discretion, for any lawful reason and at any time.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our own social and professional profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Site, we encourage you to first contact us directly at kendaug124@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
